Comhost.org shall provide its service to You (Customer) under these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect both the integrity and liability of Comhost.org and the Customer. These Terms and Conditions will be enforced to ensure the speed, power, performance, and reliability of our service. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS". Comhost.org Service 1. Bandwidth. Each hosting plan includes prepaid bandwidth. 2. Domains. All domains share your allocated storage space and bandwidth. 4. Disk Space. Each hosting plan includes prepaid disk space. 5. A MySQL Database is included in all hosting plans. Unlawful Or Prohibited Use You may not use Comhost.org for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Comhost.org service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Comhost.org service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Comhost.org Comhost.org reserves the right at disclose any information as Comhost.org deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part. Suspension You agree that Comhost.org may, at it's sole discretion, suspend your account for the following reasons; 1. For delinquent payment of hosting fees 2. Violations of these Terms and Conditions Termination You agree that Comhost.org may, at it's sole discretion, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service if you violate these terms. No refunds are given for violations of these Terms and Conditions. Your Responsibilities You are responsible for the content of your messages. Surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or any duplicate or unsolicited messages are prohibited. You agree to; 3. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. 4. Immediately notify Comhost.org of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security 5. Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. 6. Not to publish any information, software or other content which violates or infringes upon the rights of any others or which knowingly contravenes the laws of any jurisdiction. You may not; 1. Attempt to violate the system or network security. 2. Have any fraudulent information or business on your site. 3 Stream movie files or use your site for storage so that others my download from our servers. 4. Provide any content, points of distribution, or 'links' to sites that: - infringe on any third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights; - violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; - are defamatory, trade libelous, threatening, unlawfully harassing, or abusive; - contain viruses, worms, cancelbots, corrupted files, software or programs that may damage the operation of a computer or the property of others; - contain Pirated, Hacking, or Warez software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost; 5. Scripts are allowed but they may not over load our system. Adult Hosting We do not allow adult web sites to be hosted on our servers. Spamming Sending out more than 20 emails in an hour automatically flags your account. Once flagged we closely monitor your account to determine if your site may be the source of spam. At our discretion we may suspend your account pending further investigation. Violations of our anti-spamming policy may result in the immediate termination of your account. Copyrights Copyrighted material must not be placed on Customer's account without the permission of the owner. Only the owner or authorized person may upload copyrighted material to the account.
